吸湿排汗剂是高分子改性有机硅聚合乳液，是专用于纺织品的吸湿排汗整理剂，经其处理后的织物具有极佳的亲水性和柔软手感。 Wicking agent is a polymer modified silicone polymer emulsion, is dedicated to wicking textile finishing agent, after the treated fabric has excellent hydrophilicity and soft feel.

特性及优点 Features and Benefits
吸湿性能极佳，布面水滴能在瞬间渗透进织物。 Excellent moisture absorption, oil droplets can penetrate into the fabric in an instant.
处理后的织物具有耐久的亲水性，能耐50次以上水洗。 The treated fabric has a durable hydrophilic, the ability of more than 50 times washing.
处理后织物手感柔软，穿着舒适，不影响织物色光。 Treated fabric soft to the touch, comfortable, does not affect the fabric shade.

应用范围 Applications
各种纤维织物棉、涤棉、涤纶及其混纺织物的耐久吸湿排汗和亲水柔软整理。 All kinds of cotton fabric, polyester cotton, polyester and blended fabrics, and hydrophilic wicking durable soft finish.
用法用量 Dosage
浸渍法： Impregnation method:
吸湿排汗剂 3~5%（owf） Wicking agent 3 ~ 5% (owf)
常温浸渍15~20分（浴比约1：10）—脱水—烘干（100度）—定型（180-190度） Dipping 15 to 20 minutes at room temperature (bath ratio of about 1:10) - dehydration - drying (100 degrees) - setting (180-190 degrees)

浸轧法： Padding:

吸湿排汗剂 30~50g/l Wicking agent 30 ~ 50g / l
注意事项 Notes
如果采用染色一浴法处理，则染后清洗应在酸性或弱碱性条件下进行，不宜在强碱下清洗，否则会影响手感。 If treatment with one bath dyeing, the dye should be washed after the acid or alkaline conditions, not under the alkali wash, otherwise it will affect the feel.
